  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we have full liability insurance.
  • Is a generator included with an inflatable rental?
    No. Generators are rented separately. A blower is included to pump the inflatable, but if you will not have electrical power at the setup location (e.g. at parks) you will need to rent a generator.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Once a contract has been signed, cancellation of event, for any reason other than inclement weather will result in a 50% cancellation charge (full amount of deposit) which can be used for future events.
  • Do I need to place a deposit?
    Yes, we require a 10% deposit to secure your rental.
  • Do you deliver and set up?
    Yes we do. Prices for inflatables include delivery to local addresses.
  • How long is the rental for?
    Rentals are generally for an 8 hour period, so please choose delivery and pick-up times accordingly.
  • How are your products cleaned?
    All of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use. We take hygiene very seriously, that is why we fully inflate every product at our warehouse and clean them after they are returned.
  • Where do you serve?
    We proudly serve the North New Jersey Area; Passaic, Bergan, Morris, Hudson, and Essex Counties.
